Generation information on how to use BRUDER toy vehicles

Dear customer,
Congratulations on our purchase of one of our BRUDER vehicles.
We always do our best to provide you with a product that will function properly and last for a long time by using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and select materials.


To ensure that your child will be able to enjoy our vehicles for a long time, please observe the following instructions:

  • Although sturdy, our vehicles may not be mounted as this may cause damage to the wheels and axle bearings. Please use the product as intended.
  • When used for playing outdoors, the vehicles' mechanical functions may be affected by sand, soil, etc. If dirt has entered the vehicles, start by removing their electronic components, if installed, before cleaning the vehicles using water or, in case of heavier contamination, soap and lukewarm water. Rinse all articulated joints and moving parts under running water. Do not use any abrasive or solvent-containing cleaners as these may harm the plastic.
    Do not use any steam blasters or pressure washers as the pressure they produce may damage the article.
  • Do not expose the toys to strong sources of heat (e.g. behind the rear window of your car, on top of or next to a radiator, etc).  To increase the lifespan of your BRUDER article, protect it from extended exposure to the elements (UV rays, frost, etc.), as this may damage or embrittle the plastic.
    It is best to clean the toys after each use and store them in a safe location.
  • Please follow the instructions for use included with every vehicle.

If you experience a defect in your product, please consult your dealer first or contact our customer service by phone, fax or e-mail. In many cases, this is an inexpensive and quick way to solve the issue if you are only experiencing minor problems.

We hope you understand that we cannot accept any unprompted product returns and will have to reject accepting these products.
