We always do our best to provide you with a product that will function properly and last for a long time by using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and select materials.


In case you might have a complaint regarding one of our articles you have 3 options:

  1. Contact your reseller.

  2. Many individual parts can be ordered if you like to repair your article by yourself.

  3. In case of eligible complaint you will recieve a new article or an approbriate individual part. Within the limits of implied warranty your complaint has to be in compliance with the following requirements:
  • The product is not older than 6 or respectively 24 months.
  • Wear parts like wheels are not included in the implied warranty.
  • Proof of purchase shows date.
