BRUDER Spielwaren GmbH + Co. KG endeavours to make its online shop www.bruder.de accessible in accordance with the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102. The legal basis for this is the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).
Status of compliance with the requirements
Our online shop does not yet fully comply with the requirements of BITV 2.0. However, we are working intensively on a barrier-free relaunch, which will be realised in the course of 2025.
Non-accessible content
The current shop has the following barriers:
Insufficient keyboard operability in certain navigation areas
Partial lack of alternative texts for product images
Inconsistent focus guidance for interactive elements
Contrast ratios not consistently compliant
These deficiencies will be systematically rectified as part of the relaunch.
