Terms and conditions

1. Conditions of entry

Participants must be over 18 years of age.

Participation requires that all personal details are true. Employees of the organiser, including their relatives, are not allowed to participate.

The organiser is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as a breach of the conditions of entry, duplicate participation under different accounts, participation via third parties (intermediaries, collective participations, etc.), registration via a provider whose business purpose is, among other things, to manipulate competitions or otherwise improperly influence the competition, etc.

 

2. Rules of play

Every participant who answers two or more questions correctly will receive a discount code for the BRUDER webshop. This discount code will be displayed immediately after participation and will also be sent to the participant by email to the email address they provided.

The discount code is valid for one order in the BRUDER webshop until 31.12.2025.

Participation period is from XXXX to 30.11.2025 at 23:59 (CET)

 

3. Applicable Law

The terms and conditions of entry as well as any disputes or disagreements in connection with these are governed by German law.

 

4. Processing of personal data

Personal data of the participants is collected as part of the competition.

BRUDER uses the data provided by the customer as part of the competition to create the discount codes and to process and fulfil an order.

All further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

Participants have the option of blocking or deleting their personal data at any time. This does not apply to data that BRUDER Spielwaren GmbH + Co. KG is legally obliged to store. If a participant wishes to have his/her data blocked or deleted, it is naturally no longer possible to participate in the current competition.
